These are pictures of flowers and butterflies I stumbled upon on campus at the University of Mount Olive and within my own garden at home. I enjoy intimate photographs of flowers for their inherent rhythmic essences and their abstract qualities. Also, there is simply a certain amount of pride that comes from having nurtured the very natural beauty which I admire.
